Our number one concern at Troy-Ontor is that the equipment you purchase operates successfully and in a trouble-free manner on your job site. To accomplish this we only use components from a select few manufacturers where we are intimately aware of their commitment to quality.
High quality components are only one aspect of a successful installation. The equipment must be sized and applied correctly and with necessary safety margins, ensured by our highly qualified personnel.
The final step is on-site commissioning and calibration. All of our installations include on-site startup by one of our technicians for projects within our service area. If the equipment undergoes successful startup you can count on many years of service. All of our installations work!
Warranty
We offer a two year warranty on all equipment supplied by us. This exceeds the usual one year warranty offered by the manufacturer. Our choice of components and attention to startup makes this possible.
